Uludağ University State Conservatory

The building was realized in line with the design decisions arising from the relationship of a rectangular box with a sloping land. Box; It expresses itself semantically by creating a tension with the sloping terrain; It offers access to the building from different elevations. While the main entrance connects to the main road at the lower level, it is possible to reach the spaces on a straight foot through the faculty entrance and parking lot at the upper level. Spatial program of the building; It consists of a concert hall and foyer with a capacity of 500 people, wind, percussion and string instrument classrooms, individual study rooms, theoretical classrooms, canteens, a dining hall, a library, administrative units and a parking lot. This program, which is quite complex and requires pedagogical arrangements, is combined or separated by connections to streets and spaces where streets intersect.
